Easy PLAYMATE PIZZAS Recipes
3 whole wheat English muffins or bagels, split and toasted
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4-5 slices Canadian style bacon
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms,
or 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives,
sliced
Sprinkle toasted muffins or bagels with cheese. Spread tomato sauce over cheese. Cut Canadian style bacon to make 6 mouths and 12 eyes. Arrange mouths and eyes on muffins. Arrange mushrooms or olives around the top edge to resemble hair. Place pizzas on baking sheet. Bake in 450 oven for about 5 minutes or until hot.
